Is JNU student leader Kanhaiya Kumar aware of the 'discrimination'

in the 'human rights support ', with the probable 'hidden agenda' ?

What about the azadi  from the lack of   transparency, accountability, & social justice in funding the universities?

" Further explaining the term “azadi” that is often used by JNU students during their speeches, Mr. Kumar said: “I want to tell the entire nation, today, what is the azadi  that we ask for. We want azadi  from capitalism, from brahminism, from casteism, this is the kind of azadi that we want.”

W.r.t to the above statement;

JNU student leader Kanhaiya Kumar was not arrested for organizing the event highlighting  "azadi  from capitalism, from brahminism, from casteism'.

Will JNU student leader Kanhaiya Kumar explain,  how 'azadi  from capitalism, from brahminism, from casteism', was related to 'the judicial killing of Afzal Guru and Maqbool Bhat', the event that he was arrested for associating with;

as explained by a student & published in a journal, sympathetic to his cause?

'"On 9th February 2016, ex-members of a student organization DSU, short for 'Democratic Students Union' had called for a cultural meeting of a protest against what they called 'the judicial killing of Afzal Guru and Maqbool Bhat' and in solidarity with 'the struggle of Kashmiri people for their democratic right to self-determination.' A lot of Kashmiri students from inside and outside the campus were to attend the event. 'Democratic Students Union(DSU)' is an ultra-leftist group in the campus that believes in the ideology of Maoism. It's a very small group of very well read students. They are not terrorists or naxals by any means. I have been in the campus for more than 2 years and never have I witnessed or heard of them committing a terror activity as much as of throwing a stone, let alone overthrowing the state," Agarwal wrote.

Anyone who dared to study the evidence act, criminal procedure code & other laws employed to award the death sentences to   Afzal Guru, Maqbool Bhat & also the other kinds of hard core criminals, could understand, how those laws, based on the heritage and the social conditions in UK, were 'incompatible' with the heritage and the social conditions of India. It's inevitable consequence would result in the 'shortfalls' in the 'evidences' & 'the procedure', which could be pointed out, thus damaging all the death sentences awarded so far in Independent India; apart from the 'govt style' bungling in the probe of the assassinations of 'Mahatma' Gandhi, Indira Gandhi, & Rajiv Gandhi;

for example , did the conviction of Godse,  bother to probe the origin of the Italian Beretta pistol  used by Godse in killing 'Mahatma' Gandhi, as pointed out by Mr.Subramaniyan Swamy,  (http://zeenews.india.com/news/india/subramanian-swamy-seeks-to-reopen-mahatma-gandhi-assassination-case-smells-conspiracy_1822169.html  ), &  the 'security lapses', if any, in helping Godse to carry out the assassination.

Also it would be an interesting exercise to probe the 'cases', in which the accused/convicted had the 'unbelievable' support from the foreign funded human rights forums in India; & the 'cases' of the 'other genuine victims' of 'the accused influential VIPs', which neither commanded their 'suo motu' support, nor their 'human rights' support doors'' opened, even if people like us, in support of such victims, knocked.

Will those supporting the event, condemning  'the judicial killing of Afzal Guru and Maqbool Bhat' event at JNU, in national interest, probe if the foreign funded human rights forum practiced the ' discrimination' in the 'human rights support '; & if most of the 'human rights victims' supported by them, were the terrorists, separatists &  'notorious' rowdies, what was the 'hidden agenda' in 'such' human rights supports?

Unless & until, all the pro-patriots, leaving aside their ideological differences, address the 'incompatible' dimensions of the colony planted laws;

 institutions like JNU would continue to be 'misused', in support of the 'privileged' human rights victims; in the name of the 'freedom in India', derailing 'the reasonable restrictions' in the constitution.

Also the addressing the above 'incompatible' dimensions, may be related to the colony inherited  problem of the  'nation building' with the related 'grand narrative' (http://logos.nationalinterest.in/2014/10/the-indian-grand-narrative/ ), and the need for weakening of the 'regional chauvinism' in the inter-state disputes; potentially more dangerous than the Kashmir separatism.

Also  did Kanhaiya Kumar & his supporters bother, about the issues of nation building in India after Independence, including the above 'incompatible' dimensions?(http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/j.1468-2451.2009.00690.x/abstract ) Will the cultural meeting of a protest called 'the judicial killing of Afzal Guru and Maqbool Bhat' help or damage the 'nation building'?

Also I concur with the following observation.

" That JNU is packed with Left-wing demagogues and even some anti-Hindu ideologues is obvious; but that is no reason for an allegedly nationalist government to wear its nationalism on its sleeve and act like a flat-footed T-Rex on campus. What the government has succeeded in doing is allowing Kanhaiya Kumar to claim to be the voice of reason. He claimed yesterday – not too implausibly - that his “azaadi” call was about achieving social emancipation, and not secession."

Will JNU student leader Kanhaiya Kumar & his supporters, demand the review of the mechanism of funding the universities in India,  to serve the azadi  from the lack of   transparency, accountability, & social justice?

Note:
"I had my first and may be last encounter with this moron known as Kanahiya (the president of JNUSU) in June last year when he was urinating on road in JNU campus. When I objected, instead of saying sorry he not only shouted at me but also threatened me of dire consequence and suggested that I should take psychiatrist help. Being a JNUite, I filed a complained against him with JNU proctor office in June 2015. After enquiry, Chief Proctor and Vice- Chancellor of JNU found his behavior “So unbecoming of a JNU student” and fined Rs. 3000.
