Spreading Blue Whale in TN;

Corruption & declined Tradition as Social Catalysts

W.r.t the Blue Whale game (https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/3002981/blue-whale-game-suicide-russia-rules-challenge-social-media/);

probably the following development in Tamilnadu  remained unreported in any main stream media.

Applying liquefied Kumkum powder on the hand to look like bleeding blood, using Photoshop techniques, etc, significant number of college students in Tamilnadu are succeeding, in fooling the Blue Whale game coordinators, to complete all the levels successfully; 

while losing their study hours & damaging their academic performance. Fortunately, they do not die.

Such students seemed to belong to that group of students, disobeying their parents, disrespecting the traditional values, bordering on thug values.

The victims who harm themselves seemed to belong to that group of students who are spineless to express their loneliness, frustration in life, etc either to their teachers or to the parents.

Significant number of students, not belonging to the above two categories, are attracted towards officials like Sahayam I.A.S, who daringly investigated the Granite scandal around Madurai. But reluctance by the TN govt to pursue the investigation to its logical end of CBI inquiry, seemed to cause frustration even to such students, tempting them to the Blue Whale game; 

If the national parties including BJP continue to be entangled in the political network of the Dravidian corrupt families, and the corrupt net-work of the police, prosecutors, judges, prison officials, etc conniving to help all the criminals to escape the punishment & dominate in the social domain as the heroes, befriended by the ‘so called’ Tamil writers, orators, actors, etc;

If the college students’ parents, relatives, teachers, etc always trying to befriend the above ’rich rascals’;

can we blame the college students falling into the different kinds of evil traps like the Blue Whale games? 

If the social life is contaminated by corruption, & worthless to develop passions;

If life is not worth living & if there is thrill in dying through the Blue Whale game, why not try it?

We need to respond to the above questions, availing all viable options, to curtail the blue whale like menaces.

Tamilnadu may be the only state in India, and the only region in the world, where mother tongue Tamil, Tamil literature & Tamil traditions, were humiliated & condemned, and the individual centered unfettered western enjoyment values, were adored, in the name of ‘Periyar’ EVR style ‘rationalism’, capturing the state power in 1967, by subordinating reason to ‘Tamil sentiment intoxication’  in the process; a kind of ‘Dravidian Blue Whale social menace’ that damaged hills, rivers, lakes, sands, forest wealth, mother tongue Tamil & native traditions, projecting ‘Tamil sentimental cheats’ to dominate in the public domain.    

Dismantling of the joint family & disrespecting the traditional values, while worshiping individual-centered unfettered western enjoyment values, along with the above- mentioned corruption;

are the social catalysts to such Blue Whale games.

Like combating terrorism, the social fight against the Blue whale game shall encompass the fight against the corruption as well as the declining traditional values, resulting in weakening the social supervision of the college students and the social shock absorption of the joint family system.
